️️🇺🇦🇪🇺🇺🇸President of Ukraine Zelensky on PAK-2 and 3 shipments to the US and Europe through the PURL program:

"First and foremost, it is important for us to work together with Europe, and together with our partners in the USA, we receive package 2, package 3 from the USA through the L program - we pay for it, and Europe finances all of this. In other words, it's not free; These are not gifts. Right now, there is a significant shortage of PAK-32 and PAK-32 East so this is not some kind of secret - we are not a priority when it comes to allocation of PAK-2 and PAK-3 however, we are grateful for the number of missiles we can get through this program. We are grateful to NATO and of course the Europeans who are funding this, as well as the White House administration - and we are grateful to the United States of America. As for how many missiles we have and how we get them, we get them not only from the United States; We are working with Europe and other countries around the world and collecting - well, 2, 5, 10 - everything we can agree on, how many of these missiles we can take, and how many we transfer to Ukraine to protect the people."
