A senior American official said that such a request was never submitted by President Trump, while Elon Musk said that all restrictions on Starshield are set by the U.S. military or the President, as relations between Kyiv and Washington are deteriorating because of Ukrainian attacks on Russian refineries and an American diesel deal with Russia.
