"They tried to contact us through three channels - Iraq, Pakistan and Qatar - and we set seven conditions for them, and we said that if they do not accept these seven conditions, the Strait of Hormuz will not be opened.

They responded and accepted some of them, but the rest were not clear, and we did not complete the process of responding to them, and they need to clarify the clauses of our terms which are actually vague. Realize, say what they really want to do about...".
