️🇮🇱🇵🇸 The IDF has released photographs that allegedly show armed Hamas operatives inside the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Jabaliya, northern Gaza, as well as armed men throwing an explosive device outside the facility.

According to the IDF, the hospital currently operates as a clinic during the day but continues to serve as a hub for Hamas activity, including planning attacks and rebuilding the group's military capabilities.

The army accuses Hamas of exploiting the presence of patients, medical teams and civilians to hide its actions.

The IDF also recalled its activity in December 2024 in the vicinity of the hospital, during which, according to it, forces discovered weapons and military equipment and arrested more than 240 operatives of Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
