πΎπͺπΈπ¦πΎπͺ Reuters: Yemen's Houthis have warned airlines, airport workers and travelers to avoid Saudi Arabia's airports and airspace, describing them as potential targets. Airports in Mecca and Medina were not included in the warning.
The statement followed Saturday's attack on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, which killed 12 people and injured more than 300 in the deadliest attack of its kind on Saudi territory in over a decade.
The Houthis warned that further Saudi military action in Yemen would result in a stronger response. Operations at Riyadh Airport remained suspended while authorities conducted damage and safety assessments.
