The Houthi attacks on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and especially the attack on the King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, are despicable.

There can be no justification for attacks on civilian infrastructure. No political or military objective can justify the intentional harm of innocent people.

Canada condemns these reckless acts of violence in the strongest possible terms. We send our deepest condolences to the families of those killed and wish a full recovery to the injured.
