🇺🇦🇷🇺🇺🇸 President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on the Russian strikes and the lifting of sanctions on Russian diesel exports:

Today, Russia expressed gratitude for the lifting of sanctions on diesel exports by dropping five cruise bombs on residential buildings in Zaporizhia. Currently, unfortunately, 12 people have been confirmed killed, including three children.

Last night they confirmed again that in Russia, they take any easing of pressure to mean they can keep fighting, meaning they can keep bombing cities.

Russia must understand that it needs to stop the war, and for that to happen, Russia must feel its losses. Currently, it is our long-term capabilities that ensure this. And we will respond to the Russian strikes. I thank everyone who helps.
