He reassured that Russia's domestic market would remain fully supplied with diesel, while Moscow welcomed US efforts to stabilize global energy markets and restore normal energy trade.

Novak stressed that Russia is ready to supply additional diesel to the US market as early as October, with exports likely to increase in November and December as refineries complete scheduled maintenance.
