At least three European refiners have been told they will receive their full allocations next month, according to people familiar with the matter. Saudi Arabia did not allocate crude to European customers for October following the disruption, forcing refiners to seek alternative supplies.

Saudi Arabia typically exports between 700,000 and 800,000 barrels of crude oil per day to Europe. The restoration of supplies is expected to ease pressure on European refineries after the disruption caused a scramble for replacement cargoes.
