🇺🇸️ Reuters: The Trump administration has imposed sanctions on the International Criminal Court, banning transactions with the court and seeking to disrupt its ability to operate.

The move came hours after former ICC judge Navi Pillay won the Nobel Peace Prize for her work in international criminal justice.

The ICC's deputy prosecutor, Nazat Sham Khan, condemned the sanctions and said the court would continue its investigations and prosecutions.
