๏ธ๐บ๐ธ US Secretary of Labor Sonderling announced the suspension of several IT outsourcing companies and large technology companies in the permanent labor certification program.
"And today, thanks to President Trump, the Vice President, and the task force, we cut off the head of the snake. The companies have allowed this abuse for decades. Due to ongoing criminal investigations led by Department of Labor Inspector General Anthony D'Esposito, who will soon step in, I am hereby suspending from the permanent certification program our world's largest IT organizations: Cognizant, Infosys, Tata, Wipro, HCL, and Capgemini and, due to multiple federal investigations, the Department of Labor is suspending Microsoft and Adobe from the program. We will not accept any new applications or process pending applications for permanent work certification involving these companies."
