The Guardian: Two Latvian men were arrested after being found inside the perimeter of RAF Molesworth in Cambridgeshire, a base used by the US military and NATO for intelligence operations. The men, aged 32 and 36 and residents of Great Britain, were arrested after an abandoned vehicle was discovered near the base and a small breach in the perimeter fence was found. They were initially arrested on suspicion of trespassing and criminal damage before being re-arrested under the National Security Act on suspicion of entering a prohibited site for the purpose of harming the UK. Counter-terrorism police are investigating the incident, but said there was currently nothing to suggest a link to the recent arrests near RAF Fairford. The search continues and the suspects remain in custody.
