๏ธ๐ฉ๐ช๐ฆ๐ฟ Azerbaijan has denied a report that former German intelligence chief August Henning, accused of buying secret documents and using them in an analysis for a foreign spy service, was in contact with an Azerbaijani agent.
The country's Communications and Broadcasting Council said the allegations of an Azerbaijani connection, first reported by Der Spiegel, were unfounded.
"The malicious intent of the forces behind this disinformation operation is to harm Azerbaijan-Germany relations," the council said.
