️🇲🇱 The Front for the Liberation of Azawad (FLA) said it had withdrawn its forces from Kidal, leaving the city under the control of the Armed Forces of Mali (FAMa) and Russia's Africa Corps.
The FLA says the withdrawal is temporary, citing increased risks to civilians from air operations and a desire to avoid direct ground combat.
