Bulgarian Prime Minister Radev says all 18 crew members of the grain vessel have been rescued, including two who were injured in the fire. The team consisted of 11 Turks and seven Indian citizens.

The sunken vessel, the Turkish-owned Alpha Watan, flew the flag of Togo and was reportedly headed for Solina, Romania. The origin of the drones is still under investigation.
