"Well, just on your third point, there's no no...yes or no answer to that except to say that Ukraine...right now, NATO membership, as we know, is not on the table as we speak, because obviously there's a consensus process that needs to happen in order for there to be a unanimous process.

Right now, we're just focused as far as Ukraine is concerned on ending that conflict, if that's possible. And it deplores the amount of loss of life.

But it was clear to us that if there is a role we can play in bringing the war to an end, we want to play a constructive role."
