๐ช๐ช๐ฑ๐ป๐ท๐บ Euronews: New report says Russia-linked disinformation campaigns targeted elections in Estonia and Latvia, aiming to sow confusion about NATO, Ukraine and Baltic security.
Fabricated stories included claims that a Ukrainian soldier killed three NATO soldiers, that the president of Estonia was linked to Jeffrey Epstein, and that a Ukrainian sergeant-at-arms shot down Portuguese F-16s in Estonia.
The campaigns used fake news sites, artificial intelligence clips and multilingual social media posts, with some narratives reaching audiences of more than a million people.
