The document, called the "Victory Doctrine", will be presented by the Supreme Allied Commander Europe, General Aleksos Grinkic in Poland on October 12.

A spokesman said the strategy was "purely defensive" and aimed at maintaining NATO's advantage, deterring aggression and winning if attacked.

The plan would block an invasion using ground forces and the Eastern Wing Deterrence Initiative, relying on low-cost drones, minimally manned systems and AI-enabled targeting, before destroying enemy command and control.
