๏ธ๐บ๐ธ US Energy Secretary Wright says there is no guarantee that there won't be a surprise in October that will cause oil prices to rise.
Interviewer:
"In the immediate sense of threats to our neighbors who have refining and production capacity, how do you ensure that there's not going to be an October surprise that sends those prices in the opposite direction?"
Wright:
โHey, well, there are no guarantees. There are no guarantees in the conflict. There are no guarantees in life.
But all we are doing is increasing the supply of diesel, increasing the supply of gasoline, and frankly, once again, reversing years of policy aimed at the exact opposite, to shrink our ability to produce, refine and deliver hydrocarbons."
