οΈπΊπ¦π·πΊ Reuters: Ukraine will increase its attacks on Russian refineries in response to Moscow's expanding air campaign, President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
Zelensky claimed that Ukrainian intelligence had obtained documents showing that Putin had authorized attacks against a wider range of infrastructure, including roads, schools and hospitals, to pressure residents to leave Kyiv and other cities.
He said Ukraine would target Russia's energy sector because it finances the war, but would not deliberately hit civilian sites. Moscow claims that its attacks are aimed at military targets and are carried out in retaliation for the Ukrainian attacks.
