๏ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡พ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡พ๐Ÿ‡ชAxiosโ : President Donald Trump's top national security officials held an unannounced meeting at Camp David on Friday for several hours to discuss the war with Iran and the escalating conflict involving the Houthis in Yemen.

Vice President J.D. Vance chaired the meeting, which was attended by Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, CIA Director John Ratcliffe, White House envoy Steve Witkoff and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs General Dan Cain. One US official told Axios that "things have been decided or at least discussed in depth."

The meeting comes as negotiations between Washington and Tehran remain deadlocked, while Saudi Arabia prepares a major offensive against the Houthis and pressures Washington for military support. The U.S. has so far declined to participate directly, though U.S. officials say that may change.
