οΈπΉπΌπ¨π³ Taiwan's coast guard used a water cannon to chase away a Chinese fishing vessel after it ignored repeated orders to leave restricted waters near Dongsha Island.
The Coast Guard said two Chinese fishing vessels were found operating in the area. After one ship refused to leave, a patrol boat used high-pressure water cannons for about 17 minutes. The fishing vessel later lost power, prompting the Coast Guard to stay nearby, provide the crew with hot meals and tow it out of the restricted waters before transferring it to a Chinese support vessel.
