๏ธ๐ฑ๐ง The Prime Minister of Lebanon, Nawaf Salam, stated, during a visit to Nabatia in southern Lebanon, that his commitment to the residents of the south and Nabatia "has not changed and will not change", while acknowledging that the projects that are underway still unfortunately remain limited compared to the extent of local needs.
Salam said that the restoration of the Nabatia Government Building has been completed, with the State Security Center, the Department of Civil Affairs and the General Security Center set to reopen there, while the Palace of Justice will also reopen soon. He also announced 23 tenders opened by the Council for Development and Rehabilitation, including projects in Nabatia province. Salam said that the scale of needs exceeds the ability of the state of Lebanon to bear the burden alone, and added that the "real guarantee" lies in mobilizing available capabilities and support to achieve a full Israeli withdrawal and rebuild the country.
