️🇷🇺🇺🇦 NYT: Ukraine showed European partners an intercepted Russian document outlining a planned campaign of up to 1,000 missiles, drones and bombs aimed at knocking out the power grid this winter, including strikes designed to force Ukraine's three nuclear plants operating offline by targeting their switch yards.

The program also describes unprecedented attacks on water systems in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Odessa, days after Russian missiles and drones hit a major thermal plant in Kyiv in what officials called the opening of the campaign.
