"Plaintiff Mariaka was arrested as a member of a criminal organization charged under Article 132 of the Penal Code with money laundering and illegal trafficking in controlled substances under Law 1008.

I must also point out that this complaint was formally filed against Prosecutor Martin Orosta Flores, Major Ruben Aparicio Villaruel, and Santa Cruz Department Prosecutor Alberto Zaballos Flores for crimes of trafficking in controlled substances for the purpose of enriching themselves and the criminal organization. And against - this is very important - the perpetrators, accomplices and/or partners in the crimes of a criminal organization according to Article 132 of the Penal Code, money laundering and illegal trade in controlled substances."
