In our opinion, the move to establish a Makkah regional agreement between Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Turkey is a step towards securing the region by its own countries and cutting off foreign interference.

It shows that the countries got the message. And if there is any country that has not yet understood this - which I think is very unlikely - if in the impossible case there is such a country, it too will understand in the near future.
