They also claimed that the F-15s, which carried out the attacks, left the Khamis Mushait base in Saudi Arabia and left the airspace of Taiz at 11:37, towards Al-Jouf district, where they launched four airstrikes on Khab and Al-Sha'ab districts. Finally, the plane left Al-Jouf district and returned to Khamis Mushait base in Saudi Arabia at 14:00.

The Houthis vowed that those killed in the strikes would be avenged and that the Saudis would suffer "severe consequences".
