"The continued suffering of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank and the harming of civilians by the Israeli occupation, the blocking of attempted humanitarian aid for forced displacement and the continued expansion of illegal settlements, all of these constitute serious violations of international humanitarian law.

The Kingdom rejects any attempts at forced displacement or to change the status quo of the Palestinian territories. We emphasized that a just and sustainable peace can only be achieved through the implementation of the two-state solution and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state within the 1967 borders."
