️🇯🇵🇷🇺 Japan scavenged fighter jets on September 25 after spotting a Russian Il-20 intelligence gathering plane over the Sea of Japan.
Japan's defense ministry said the plane flew from the Asian mainland towards the waters off Tottori Prefecture before turning around and flying back towards the mainland.
