"The understanding was that they would release our money. We did ours. Some of the people they asked for were released. The money came from South Korea, and Qatar was supposed to transfer it to us.

When we did our part, the United States did not act. We tried it, but it didn't work. The United States gets what it wants, and then it does not honor its commitment. This is the situation we have today. In other words, we gave our money. We did what the US asked us to do, and the US didn't do what it was supposed to do."
