"The thing is how we should have dealt with it. If we had handled it right, maybe we wouldn't have let those who took weapons to reach the streets. Because in the midst of all this, some innocent people were killed. There were people who really demonstrated.

But those who carried weapons in the streets mixed with them, and they started fighting, started destroying things and killed military men. These were no longer ordinary people."
