"We previously reached an agreement based on the memorandum of understanding signed in Pakistan. I signed it and the US president signed it. And we moved forward based on this agreement.

We could have continued it, but unfortunately, due to the lack of coordination, the process was interrupted. Now in fact, there is a framework in the same way with the same goals that have been established.

Finally, the requests contained in this memorandum and MOU have now been divided into phases so that we can proceed according to these phases. If the US agrees to continue on this path, everything will return to the way it was before."
