️🇱🇧🇺🇳🇮🇱 The Prime Minister of Lebanon calls for reforms within the United Nations regarding genocide and war crimes against humanity:

Instead, we call for efforts to use it in cases of genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity and serious violations of humanitarian law.

We insist on reforming the UN only because we wanted to be a more representative, more democratic and more efficient organization.

We want an organization that is true to the goals and principles of its charter, but ever renews itself. So that it can meet the challenges of our rapidly changing world and meet the aspirations of our people and their new generations. I thank you.
