"Let's put it in. Let's put it in perspective. You know, a year ago we didn't have the next three things, and after May, we do now.

President Xi and President Trump have agreed that Iran will never have nuclear weapons. They also agreed to open the Strait of Hormuz and that no one would ever be allowed to receive a toll inside that Strait. So that's a big step forward.

We continue to talk about it privately, and we've seen progress. We've seen evidence that it is, listen to us. They took some things down, and we have evidence that they pay attention when President Trump talks about this issue."
