"We've sat down and had a dialogue with many of these protesters now. Gun demonstrations, that's a whole other thing. Illegal everywhere. A lot of people have problems.

They want to challenge a policy or the implementation of a policy. We sit down and discuss and come to a mutually agreed upon conclusion."
