We reached an agreement today - we won't say with whom - regarding a package of missiles for the patriotic systems. This is an important decision - a very important one. We see results.

And I believe that any summit, beyond mere words, must today provide concrete steps towards the security and strengthening of Ukraine. So, in my opinion, that's how things change. Thank you."
