The sales come as Riyadh moves more crude through its Persian Gulf terminals and ship-to-ship transfers in the Gulf of Oman after the East-West pipeline was damaged. Saudi Arabia is also preparing to restart the pipeline, which could further increase supplies to the Red Sea and Asia.
