"The State of Palestine, officially recognized by the vast majority of member states here, but His Highness Abu Mazen, the respected President of the State of Palestine, has not been able to attend these meetings for two consecutive years. This injustice against our Palestinian brothers and sisters deeply hurts the conscience of humanity, although it will not be possible to know that President Abu Mazen is here, it is impossible to be here. As we did last year, continue to be the voice of a free and sovereign state of Palestine."
