"In the West Bank. Some think we've seen this before. Settlements, violence, displacement, more of the same but not this. This is not just an escalation either. This is a fundamental change. What was once a creeping process has exploded into something much more aggressive. Settler violence is rampant. Palestinians are beaten, shot and terrorized."
