"If one Israeli soldier or civilian is kidnapped, the entire city of Gaza, its buildings and terror towers, will be evacuated from the south for a million of its residents – as we did in Gde'on B'," he said.

Katz said that the city of Gaza would be treated in the same way as Rafah, Beit Hanoun and 70% of its territory until a hostage boy is returned.

"This is the language that jihadist terror organizations in Gaza and Lebanon understand, and this is the language we speak: evacuating populations, destroying infrastructure, and seizing territories," he said.
