The discussions with Iraq dealt with energy, transportation and regional connectivity, while talks with Turkey dealt with trade, investment, reconstruction in southern Lebanon and the return of displaced residents.

With Jordan, Najib Salameh discussed international support for the Lebanese army and internal security forces and preparations for the post-UNIFIL period. The meetings also highlighted diplomatic de-escalation, strengthening state institutions and expanding the Lebanese state's authority across the country.
