Salameh described ongoing reforms, including a reorganization of banking, efforts to restore deposits, a reform of the electricity sector, infrastructure development, and merit-based public appointments. He also reaffirmed the government's commitment to place all weapons under state authority and to ensure that decisions on war and peace remain solely in the hands of the Lebanese state.

Salameh called for a new relationship with the diaspora, urging Lebanese expatriates to contribute their expertise, partnerships, and investments to the country's reconstruction, and emphasized that Lebanon needs a new economic model instead of a continuous reliance on remittances during crises.
