Braz said Moscow lacks the capacity for direct confrontation given the unpredictable nature of its war in Ukraine, now in its fifth year, and instead relies on sabotage, cyber attacks, corruption and influence.

"But everything below, massive cyber attacks, hostile information attacks and operations, corruption, influence operations, sabotage, all lead to the same goal, its war on what they are trying to achieve in Ukraine and in European countries and the US, to deny support to Ukraine. Split companies, undermine the commitments of governments by splitting political forces with radical investment.
