The secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council says that Tehran knows the weak points of the US military and is more prepared than before to deal with American airstrikes. He also claims that Iran recently tested an anti-ship missile near an American aircraft carrier and says that Iran will damage US bases and interests in the region more severely if attacked.

Razai said Qatar had conveyed Iran's terms to Washington and Tehran was awaiting a response from US President Donald Trump, while consultations with Qatari and Pakistani mediators continued.
