Rinkevich said European countries lack sufficient air, drone and anti-ballistic defenses to counter a potential Russian attack, while delays in expanding Patriot and other air defense capabilities leave Europe exposed. According to him, Ukraine's battlefield experience is developing at "lightning speed", with Kyiv producing about 200,000 drones a month and targeting more than 7 million by 2026.
