🇱🇧🇺🇸 The Prime Minister of Lebanon, Nawaf Salam, left for the USA, where he will head the Lebanese delegation to the United Nations General Assembly in New York and deliver the State of the Nation Address.

Salam is scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with several heads of state and international officials before traveling to Washington.

In Washington, he is expected to meet the US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, Kristalina Georgieva, the President of the World Bank, Ajay Banga, and other American and international officials.
