οΈπΊπ¦π·πΊπΊπΈ Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked US President Trump for signing the legislation, praised the senators and members of the House of Representatives who supported it, and called for its swift and full implementation, saying that peace and security will follow all the ongoing pressure on Russia, admitting:
"When Linanzi Graham was here in Ukraine, he would always talk about how important it is not to ease the pressure on Russia, strengthen the sanctions and look for a way to peace. In particular, in those capitals that choose to buy Russian oil, provide financial services to Russia, and allow Russian companies associated with Putin and the war to engage in normal business relations in other countries.
Senator Graham has never doubted for a moment that America has enough strength to stand up to dictators and get results if it does the right thing. I thank President Trump for signing this important legislation. I thank all the senators and members of the House of Representatives who supported this. The best way to honor Lindsey's memory would be to implement the provisions of this law fully and promptly. And the best reward for anyone who helps us put pressure on Russia to end its war will be peace. Peace - and an end to all the problems and challenges this war brought.
Peace comes through strength. Calm comes through security. And the best guarantee for security is determination.
I thank everyone who resolutely defends life! I thank everyone who stands with Ukraine! America, thank you!"
