France was one of the first countries in Europe to take action in this area, founded Viginum five years ago, developed these practices, and came to the aid of Romania and Moldova - to name just a few examples - when they were attacked, foreign interference and new attacks; which will quickly pass the legislative process possible in order for it to be fully implemented in the coming weeks."
