The company said it would stop running clinical trials to avoid competing with drug companies, instead focusing on terms it sees as commercially unattractive for traditional drugmakers, while continuing to ramp up procurement and recruiting for the effort following its early purchase of Coefficient Bio and the addition of Novartis CEO Vas Narasimhan to its board.
