๐ฒ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐บ๐ธ Reuters: Israel and Morocco agreed to upgrade diplomatic relations, opening full embassies and appointing ambassadors in both countries.
The agreement followed a meeting in New York between Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar, Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Burita and US Ambassador Mike Waltz.
The two countries also agreed to expand direct flights and conclude investment protection and double taxation agreements by the end of 2026, deepening ties that were first restored through US mediation in 2020.
